Growing up bilingual gave me a hyper-awareness of language. The ability to read what's underneath words. And a lifelong habit of overthinking my own.

This episode is about the moment things finally had a name. Growing up feeling like a dot outside a circle, never quite understanding why, and then years later finding the language for it through postcolonial theory, heritage, and even astrology.
